1. Pass driving test
2. pass first year of my degree.
3.go on holiday somewhere

I don’t think your eyeball can physically expand. Maybe your pupil does, or you open your eyes wider, but I’m relatively certain your actual eyeball cannot expand. Especially not by almost 50%.
your eyes do grow until you’re about 16. they just grow axially, meaning that they grow in the way you cant see them.
